I view the hiring of mortgage professionals from MetLife as a positive.

totally agree. I read that in your 10-Q report and thought that was the only real bright spot in it!!...and it's a good one on several levels...good for SNBC biz... but also great to see out of work mortgage professionals get picked up for jobs!
