BINGO!!!! Thats what I have been stating the write offs that ASYI is carrying is a HUGE asset for a profitable company like Kooltel.
I owned 2 corporations in NY, far too many here have no biz sense or critical thinking .

Absolutely correct! There is no need to hype it like berkshire hathaway nor to emphasize the bad 10Q. It' all about taking place of the merger and the upcoming news. If so, you need quick fingers.

Apparently there is a close relation between this dead cat ASYI, the filing-row and the potential merger-partner.
