Ok so they want to hold only the key parts of the company and tried to get rid of the 'extra fat" that they don't need

Thats an excellent point. If this was BK then Samantha would be on her way out as well. She is the brain behind the company, and the reason for its success. If the company was going down the drain she would be one of the first ones to leave.

This is a HUGE positive for us.
