Thank you for your reply. I have confirmed through our Depository that there has been no update on a merger or acquisition of stock from PBOF. I see the article regarding the management buyout of the company, but do not see indication that anything is going to change with the stock. This information may change in the future, but there is no further update at this time. Please let us know if you have additional questions and feel free to status back as necessary.
