I believe you're looking at this wrong, or confusing your terms.
This is the current share structure.
5-17-12:

R: 320,085,212
Restricted shares are part of the total outstanding shares. So when you add restricted shares, those get added to the total outstanding shares.
One may want to look at the following as well:
The total outstanding shares are close to 1/2 of the total authorized shares now. What does that mean? If RFMK goes over the 1/2 way point, theoretically someone could own more than half the company and thus control the company. I doubt that would happen, but just saying theoretically.
