Agree with Bass 100% - I do think their are so MM action now with the PR and then the recent attempts by those penny stock websites but fact is we are very close to the merger/buyout. Still predicting they want it wrapped up by this weekend (Holiday Weekend). If I was the exec I would want this all done before Summer so I can relax at my beach house.

IMO if they didn't close the deal with that potential buyer they might look for another buyer that's interested in their business, IMO it's ridiculous that they would just closed the business down and not look for another potential buyer! that's just what I think
