CCTC is a pump and dump. Plain and simple. Nothing more, Nothing less.

Management already had 600 million shares and nearly a decade to prove and implement the technology.

What has happened other than insiders, promoters, and consultants getting rich while the common shareholder has been screwed to the tune of nearly 200 million dollars?

Money can be made trading here just like it can be made trading most any pinky stink by separating those foolish enough to look at this as a long term investment from their money.
