My question is why would Kool Telecom Ltd merge with ASYI???? That one really is bothering me. ASYI had $12 milion in debt and now they have $8 million or so. That is still a lot of debt. It appears ASYI is making an honest effort to clean up the balance sheet. If they were crooks they could just pull a classic P&D scam and pocket the proceeds but they are not doing that. They also could fold up the company and start all over somewhere else. Why stay in the game with so much debt and why would Kool deal with them??? Don't think this one will really take off until if and when merger is a done deal and Kool financials are released. Also, all the recent dilution by ASYI is going to tie Kool's hands in their attempt to finance their growth strategy.
