This is kind of expected, if you watch Level-2 you can see what's going on. Someone or some entity is trying to accumulate tons of shares and they are tactical in keeping the price low and then as they buy they run it back up, then they sell off some to lower it back down. Then buy more ..... Just be patient, something is brewing here :)
