I pleaded w/ Megas years ago to not let the stock get revoked. I would have donated to a fund that helped pay to stay current w/ the SEC. That was the biggest mistake made IMO.... letting the company get revoked.

Note that the SEC suspended the brokerages' net capital requirements with regard to BCIT back in 2005. From that moment on they didn't have to cover.
