This info from NDEP has nothing to do with improving the water issues,
We have for some time now met all the NDEP requirement and then re-met them after they changed their minds with the Geotube farm improvements,

The issue PCFG are having address are Process improvement and nothing to do with environmental issue.

They have had the engineering firm out and are doing the necessary upgrades,(FROM 10Q)

Also please remember the Geo-tube fiasco when everyone keep calling the company that supplied the tubes for updates,
Remember this(NDEP) is a government agency and we do not want to bring any unwanted inspections if there is not any reason for it except a bunch of people calling to confirm rumors. This will just cost us time and money

I doubt very seriously that the NDEP is concerned with the quality of "recycled" water. That is most certainly outside of the scope of their regulatory interest.
