That's the impression we were all under. So far I have not got any clarification from Black on what exactly went down. Last PR makes it seem like they just found out that the DTC was why they couldn't sell shares to raise money for the MicroFill production. But if they couldn't raise money for the production... why did they tell us they were going to be launch at MinnPack and THEN tells us they were going to launch 1Q2012? Seems like they knew all along they weren't going to have the MicroFill-2160 ready in time due to lack of funding.

That's how a scam works my friend. They keep needing to raise money for modifications of a little machine they didn't even make. "oh just a little more money please shareholders, we forgot to put a spot to place the filter in the coffee machine, we have been designing it for 10 years and after issuing millions and millions of shares we will soon have it right, maybe next week"

I am however disappointed in their last PR when they said because of the DTC they do not have the $$$ to BUILD their Microfill machine....so what the $%#$% were they going to the Expo for to show pictures of it??? I was under the impression it was built and needed "modifications".

Exactly!!! Now you are starting to understand why I am so upset with Black. If Black wanted to, he still can sell shares to get the MicroFill going. The chill has nothing to do with that. Do you think Black wants to??? I think he would just like this company to fade away like his others after his dilution.IMO
