I'm still trying to figure out where the stated EPS of .02 is coming from. Noone is answering that either. That would value the company (ASYI) at $11m+...

what do you mean no body answers that?.. I havent read every post by any means, but anyone who is anyone here has acknowledged that fact.. its right there in the the 10k.. its in the wide open.. so what seems to be the dispute?

Because we are the publicly traded co. and Kool is private wanting to become publicly traded. The Kool business will be the "surviver" if you will- and will likely see a cussip change post-merger

How do you expect a Shell to earn revenues. A shell is not a functioning business! if the merger goes through Kool the new company will be earning revenues...If it's not clear I don't think anyone can help you understand it.
