March 1st was the first press release which the company no longer referred itself as Super Rad Toys. FBC Holdings was the name used in all Press Releases after March 1st.
Interesting that Christopher LeClerc knew that there was no longer a Super Rad Toys, yet a press release is issued discussing the name change - presumably to Super Rad Toys.
