EXMT announced today that its revenue sharing partner AMI has received 1 million in funding from Utica LeaseCo, LLC in the form of a secured loan against equipment owned by AMI. The funds were used by AMI to purchase GPI, which in return sold its subsidiary GPI to AnyThing Technologies Media Inc.
