Of course, now I have to wonder why Core Wafer Systems didn't pay my husband in 2009 if they still had $228,000 net after taxes.

Only two answers come to mind.

Because the one truth I know is that Louis and Roger did NOT pay my husband for the first half of 2009. They didn't make it up when his pay resumed mid-2009 nor have they made up the debt to him anytime since.

Now they haven't paid him for the first four days of April of this year after firing him because he demanded his unpaid wages from 2009, even though "Roger" wrote in his termination letter that the check would be mailed the next payday. But since the "Roger Goetz" signature on that letter clearly isn't in Roger's hand, maybe Roger doesn't even know what "he" promised. That assumes, of course, that Roger's signature on the merger agreement to which I am comparing the signature on the letter is really Roger's.

Scoundrels, IMO and in my experience.
