He is right and he is also wrong. What he said was "100's 0f miles". IMO he obviously does not know much about the availability of bulldozers around Albany and in district 7B of the TRRC. That area is also cattle country and ranchers and cattlemen from Brownwood all the way up thru Albany and Throckmorton, Texas use dozers for fence lines, stock watering tanks and land clearing. Dozers are readily available in the area. I know this because I own a very large acreage in the area and can get a dozer easily. TECO could have done the same thing IMO.
