Judging by your less than positive posting history, what are you basing your general, sweeping, all inclusive, generic, and bland post on?
Having a vendetta on penny stocks in general doesn't make this stock "worthless."

SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, INC.

STS has a vast arsenal of capabilities in providing services directly to the US
Government or large defense contractors particularly in the areas of security, engineering and
logistics, where the majority of our work has been performed. STS has never had an
unsatisfactory report from any client and continues to build an attractive list of clients
representing the largest segments of the Federal Government. We currently win 75% of bids
submitted as know our capabilities and expectations from contract providers. Principals
maintain Secret/Top Secret clearances as much of the work is deemed classified or on military
installations.

STS represents and leads our defense contracting division. This division has seen a
steady growth in revenue over the years giving the Company stable and predictable income
streams from long term defense services related contracts. Though still in its early stages, STS
has managed to be a part of large Federal awards as a contracted provider of engineering,
logistics and security services. To highlight an example of STS’s achievements, the Department
of State’s announcement to award the Global Support Strategy contract to our prime, Stanley
Associates, is currently our largest client. This $2.8B ceiling, 10 year contract represents the
single largest contract to STS since inception. STS will provide as a subcontractor all security
related services that are mandated by the Department of State for its embassies and consulates in
over 140 countries. We expect that our prime will receive approximately 50% of the total value
of the contract and we further expect to obtain approximately 9% of our prime’s work. This

monetizes our annualize revenues to be approximately $12.6M per year, over the expected life of
the contract.

The stable revenues expected from this contract vehicle gives Evermedia Group’s
shareholders and management a high degree of confidence as we continue to build upon our
successes. Since all Federal contracts are awarded to a specific lot of providers, there is no threat
of competition once a contract has been won.

Task orders (TO) drive work and work drives revenues. Given our specialty within the
this contract, we expect our first major TO to begin when US embassies and consulates in
countries such as Brazil, India and China begin their facility upgrades. For additional
information and awards information, please visit www.fedbizopps.gov or www.stscorporation.

EVERMEDIA BIOMETRICS CORPORATION

Because iris recognition is widely accepted as the most accurate method of quick
biometric identification1 available, iris recognition is rapidly gaining attention from government
entities throughout the world expecting to incorporate this technology as an essential component
of security. As iris recognition demonstrates its efficacy in personal identification management,
logical and physical access control, a greater demand for multimodal biometric applications is
also expected.

Currently the industry is fragmented and in its infancy. If the last five years is any
indication of the the future, biometrics, particularly in iris recognition technology, will one day
replace archaic ID authentication platforms such as PIN and Passwords for banking, mobile
connectivity, transportation, population and access control. Governments such as India, Great
Britain and the US are looking towards this technology for applications to replace passports,
drivers licenses, national ID cards and to guard against illegal immigration. Militaries of all
countries are seeking solutions to identify enemy combatants from remote access points.
Financial institutions are looking for ways to thwart billions of dollars in identity theft that occur
every year. Biometrics of all kinds is looking to provide these solutions.

While biometrics, generally referring to the technologies used to evaluate human
physical characteristics2 to determine identity) has been the emerging technology during the past
decade3, commercial development of iris recognition systems, lag behind other biometric
technologies, despite offering its accuracy.

According to Acuity Market Intelligence, a research consulting firm based in Millburn,
New Jersey, that focuses on biometric technology, with the public’s acceptance of biometrics in
daily life, the sales of biometrics will jump to $10.9 billion in 2017 from $3.6 billion last year.
Iris technology is forecast to have a 19 percent share of the global biometrics market in 2017, up
from 8 percent in 2009, with revenue rising to $2.l billion from $206.3 million. The market share
for the leading biometric --automated fingerprint identification systems --will drop to 27
percent from 39 percent, the company said.

There has been a significant increase in the number of capture devices in the market.
Most are prototypes with proprietary back end data bases that store the biometric data. However,
what is surprising is the how quickly this sector has advanced from a technology perspective.
Even just a few years ago, companies had to develop their own hardware, lens and algorithms.
Today much of the hardware can be purchased off the shelf creating some difficulties for
companies and opportunities for others. The market is literally proliferated with many
proprietary operating systems (OS) and all claiming similar output and again not addressing the
issues of storage, transmission and security.

Interoperability is now the new priority along with storage, transmission and security.
Much of the investment in time and money from 2006 has been in hardware and many of our
competitors have not advanced in uniqueness as most of the applications in the market today are
identical. Most of the iris leaders are having to recapitalize, are no longer in business or continue
to work towards selling their proprietary applications to a very limited, non governmental
market.

Evermedia Biometrics has begun to develop and map the back end, the back bone, the
communications infrastructure as well as a front end device. The end to end capture of data and
to have the capability to secure its transmission and storage will be the new paradigm within the
security space. The company that provides this solution will be the de facto market leader.

Evermedia today has the human capabilities and partners to design, produce and manage
a high assurance encrypted network with a front end operator interface using our proprietary and
patented technologies. Moreover, we are uniquely positioned with US Government distribution
channels as well as research support from leading universities and organizations involved in
biometrics. We believe that we can establish a significant footprint in the biometric space as it
stands today.

OUR VISION

There are over 6.9 billion people in the world and over 5 billion have mobile/smart
phones. That means that 7 out of 10 people on the planet have access to mobile and wireless
communications. In time, everyone will have a device and willingly carry a piece of hardware
with them as a daily part of their lives. Eventually, everyone will have a device because it will

be an essential part of their lives as people will depend on their devices for much more than
phone calls and looking up directions. These mobile devices will be their wallet, passport, credit
cards, drivers license and even their cash. Years ago, American Express had a popular slogan for
their credit card, “Don’t leave home without it”. In less than a generation from now, we will be
saying the same thing but referring to our smart phones.

Biometrics, in all of its forms, represent a paradigm shift in the way we live our lives. It
will affect that way we travel, how we gain access to our homes and offices, how we pay for
goods and services and even how check our emails. What was science fiction yesterday is
becoming reality today.

Mobility will create new mandates, new procedures and policies, even laws that will
make biometrics a part of our daily lives like cell phones and personal computers have done
today. Can you imagine not having either today?

It’s inevitable that soon everyone will have a biometric “footprint”. Our goal at
Evermedia is to provide innovative, cost effective and secure solutions to meet the challenges of
this growing industry with applications meant for tomorrow’s use, not today’s. As technology
and cultural adoption continue to advance, it is our aim to be the leading developer of anticipated
technologies in the biometric space.

We already envision the overarching need of an interoperable infrastructure, understand
that much of the innovation will be initiated by governments, that commercial success will
depend on secure mobile applications and that ownership of intellectual property to protect our
technology is critical. To this end, we have garnered some of the brightest scientists, created
partnerships with leading centers of science and technology in academia and the private sector,
have the support and benefit from political leaders, and have created a chain of distribution
throughout the US Federal agencies. These relationships are our greatest asset and the core that
will assist us in building the dominant company in biometrics.
