promotors are paid and they are also in on the action. APS was paid and sold shares on every stock they've promoted and 95% of their pics have realized gains of 100%+. Nothing new here, nothing has changed and I think this will go north into June.

$1.6M is a pretty serious budget! If that excludes the profits from selling shares then the promo budget is even bigger. Its pretty darn often that The bigger the budget the larger the gains :-)
