The pr doesn't even say it fell apart. After terminating negotiations with a potential acquirer.. We no longer want our agency business and were winding it down .. It's worded so vaguely that it doesn't say they are no longer proceeding with the buyout. To me it sounds like they terminate negotiations of who gets what.

To justify the offer?? So the offer would be what, about 10-15 cents? Otherwise, what is there to justify?

If that's your theory, then so much for anything above about .20

(Nasdaq buyouts and takeovers usually command about a 25 - 50% premium, to use them as a benchmark, not 20 times the price like some people here want to believe.)
