This country is on some kind of excluded list with them.
I called Fidelity because someone told me they were great and they were fine with it but on the basis that I didn't have a margin account (maybe they think I'll go crazy and owe or something). Plus, I don't like their lay out. Pain in the ass finding things.
Interactive Brokers said they are world wide and approved me with margin. I noticed a while back ago that Sykes said on twitter they were good for shorting (not too worried about that but good to know).
