If management has relevant and material information, they cannot just hold it until market conditions are favorable. SEC regulations require that material news be shared with stockholders when it becomes available to insiders.

I believe that we know everything there is to know at this point. The company is at a very early early, exploratory phase. We shouldn't expect so much news all the time. If you expect very quick riches, you probably shouldn't be in junior miners--in fact, you probably shouldn't be in this stock market (certainly not right now) at all.
