RFMK is skating on the edge with the online and worldwide sales part. Some backwards states still have rough laws, in Ohio a friend was charged for having a pack of papers 6 months ago. The minor possession was a pay out ticket but the papers were a court appearance and larger fine than the ticket!! So it varies by location........

The debate I was engaged in was about Federal Law... not sure where this applies.... I think the local issues are a given, I would assume we all already realize that each state has their own laws regarding the matter. Which again, has no baring on Federal policy, as we were debating...........
