If you're really in Arizona, then please do everyone a favor. Go to the site, ask management if they will take you on a tour. Ask all the question you want. They should have no problem at least talking to you. Then you can report back your finding to the board.
The easiest way to get info is go to the source and talk to them. Simple enough.
I find it interesting why you haven't done this before considering how often you say you're in the area and being a geo and all. It doesn't make sense to me...but that's just me.
