I don't get it.

Wasn't it Scott Thompson who helped put together the Alibaba 7.1 Bil$ deal to begin with. Yahoo stockholders can be politically correct and not make any money. Scott may have been, oddly enough, attuned to tech where really it matters. Just saying, not an expert or anything.
