This kind of seems like the more I try to stick my neck out, obtain some information from the company (within the legalities of FINRA simply because I communicate through e-mail with them) and share it with the board, it creates interesting dialogue. That's okay though. I volunteered to be a kind of a linchpin to simply let Lenny know what the board was thinking. I've read the board and been a part of it for over a year and knew the silence was a death sentence as far as respect for the company goes. That is why I've chosen to take my own step forward and attempt contact. Thankfully it has succeeeded. I provided both Lenny and Duane's contact information for anyone who is interested. The door is open. Few choose to take it. I'm not getting any special treatment that anyone else could not receive if they simply contacted the company and talked with them.
I'm not saying that I like being as you call it "a 3rd party". That was not my goal and never my end game. My goal and end game is to provide ideas to the company based on what I've found and my experience and take them away from their day to day to notice us a little more here which has worked. If they know people on the board are fighting for them to succeed they will be a more sensitive to us and listen. My goal was always to create a connection which I did and provided up the questions. Do you believe the questions I sent up were wrong to do or a bad idea? Do you not believe they could help? I am thankful that I had the chance to do it, not for myself, but for everyone here. I even incorporated the ideas of everyone before sending them up. We've all lost money and I hate that. If we can help turn the thought process of management around, find out a little about what's going on behind the scenes, share our thoughts about things as shareholders, have a direct connection to send ideas and thoughts, and make some money back that we'd lose by just sitting around and complaining, why not walk through that door? It's a win-win. That's all I'm doing is stepping up to the plate voluntarily to help us all, not because I'm trying to do anything underhanded or sneaky. I frankly do not understand why the resistance. I am very very much pushing for a PR and already said the proof would be in the pudding when it is released.
I myself have no hidden agenda, you've seen that from my posts. I am not one to call anyone stupid and neither is Lenny. That is incorrect at all levels. Why would I want to say that? I know that there are many not just on this board but all over iHub in general that post things simply to cut others down at the knees and earn a buck. That's not me. I want to see us all do well. I've been posting that for months.
When the PR comes out, you'll see that what I've been posting is the truth. Regarding the money for services that Lenny spent, he did not say that was with shareholders money. Remember, he was in business before late-2010 and may have very well been talking about times before he went public.
What I would like to ask you malekabal42 is what ideas do you have to help move the company forward at this point? Would you be willing to contact Lenny and Duane yourself not necessarily to lash out at them but simply to correct, teach, and show them a better way or alternate ways of thinking to help better the company? Remember, I'm down $8,000 myself and have skin in the game too to want to see the company do better.
Please do not take any offense to anything in this post. That is not my intent. You know from my other posts that I don't operate like that. I do appreciate your response though and believe me again when I say that my druthers is not to be a 3rd party but to have a PR come out. You'll see that one of my questions deals with more frequent communication with shareholders. I hope this helps.
