"the company has decided to wind down support for its agency business following the termination of negotiations".......it's is obvious that they are closing shop.... On its agency business..... That is as plain as day. They are closing shop.....what is left of the company is anyone's guess.....maybe it will be successful....maybe not.....but anyone who says that this is good news..... Is kidding themselves.
