they already filed for extension. i do not think Nasdaq will give them more time.
they just have to release now---- otherwise the trading will remain halted.

They already filed for Extension and are late on the extended filing deadline.

This is terrible news the auditor resigned. The only reasone for resigning from engagements are significant accounting issues not being corrected from management.
