I believe the only person on the BOD's with enough experience, knowlege of markets, and marketing skills is Charles Vollmer should he want the position and be voted into it.

I definitely do not want to see JB kick the bucket, but I would love to see someone at the helm that truly goes after a deal with vigor and marketing strategy.
