I'm a longterm investor with a boat load of shares underwater, but still I don't think we are in any danger because of the blood cell enterprise and all the patents. Even if the injections to cure blindness didn't work, and even if ACT couldn't make it on their own, Big Pharma would buy it for the hemangioblast program.
