Based on reasonable, realistic expectation of what is most likely to occur, drawn from a study of all facets of this operation, there is every reason in the world to buy a buyer/holder of this stock. There has been a spirited effort to talk people down in hopes of reducing the SP, and sadly to an extent it has worked, though the studied, savvy investor knows better and takes advantage of the situation.
