just playing devil's advocate but my thought is they havnt gotten the financing yet , realistically if it was a done deal this stock wouldnt be lingering where it is , the monthly newsletter is late and let's face it, my stuffed giraffe can pump out a newsletter.
Like I said hope it goes up but like to eliminate fact from fiction.
