My thoughts are that this might be financing for the multiple mobile units I was told about by Stephen Taylor, for what it's worth. Just good to see some positive information, it's been a long time coming. I doubt this would have happened if audits were not complete so maybe we'll hear something else in the near future. That would support the information I was given and passed along here.
