its not that easy. if filing is not done on time its not just a matter of filing it to get relisted. it is a long drawn out expensive process. calling people idiots when you dont know what you are talking about is

"all one has to do is hold" .. Worst advice ever when trading at these levels pps is fickle those few idiots that sell will walk away with something while you end up holding the bag. Being positive is one thing, being naive is another... Bottom line they MUST file.
