I am pretty sure the GOV does not give $ to cons at least without a back ground check?? This is a legit company on the move...hopefully all of which is moving forward as planned with the JV and mfg plant...when/if it is inked we will hear about it...enough with bs con talk, they are not on the street corner selling you a Rolex??
