no one knows for sure where a stock will peak or bottom. It's all a gamble. There are ways to make educated guesses as to what will happen, based on charts, trading patterns, news, etc.

But the bottom line is it is a guess, and though an educated guess with better odds than playing roulette, it is still a gamble.

$$$$ You are correct. Non one can know 100% of the time which exact direction PPS will go. However I have found tech analysis to be well worth the effort of learning. As it becomes more or less possible, to predict the weather with more certainty.

You can learn to recognize "the signs", favorable entry and exit points etc...and therefore can with more remarkeable accuracy rather than by pure "chance" a most likely this or that result.

Unfortunately, charts don't read news..and one can be easily blinsided by breaking news..regardless of what the charts are "predicting" pro or con...but for the average investor, learning to read charts is a handy valuable tool, and again,well worth the mental investment.All imho $$$$
