4 weeks vacation is nothing when you consider how many 70+ hour weeks he will still be putting in. We will more than get our money's worth out of JB, IMO. Most people who have not owned a business do not understand what it's like to put in 60-80 hours week after week...John does and I'm sure he will continue for the good of the company and shareholders (including himself). If John were to get paid hourly and received time+half for anything over 40 hours, he would probably be making about $55/hour. I know a personal fitness trainer that makes that.
