Have you ever been to a strange city
or even small town and asked somebody local to give you directions, help finding a particular
business, or perhaps a darn street.....
and gotten blank stares or bad directions... People live in very small
worlds... So your constant stress about some people in a town where even the product has its headquarters not knowing about a certain product doesn't surprise me...
