What got my attention was a dividend PR. Looking at PR's, it seemed desperate enough for a darkside play. double 00 stocks giving dividends is questionable enough for a watch maybe.

Symetrical triangle. target 2.30 but ADX is set up for a strong move so could do more, correct?
