Sure but as an investor you should have done some DD coming into your purchases. I knew the company was CE, and not filing since 2009. I was not expecting updates. The runs are speculation based or insiders purchasing stock. There are several warning signs painted all over the level 2 and tape that this stock is under heavy accumulation and manipulation to do so.
