Both 10K and 10Q at the same time. We are aware they filed an extension for the 10Q, but it doesn't mean they have to wait it out, just means they have some time to file, and it wouldn't be unheard of for them to file the 10K with the 10Q.

Of course this is just IMO, but I'm sure it can be done. We shall see.
