It's my opinion that only 2 things are going to move this stock up
-Dave decides to retire and stops getting salary so he needs to sell stock for income
-awareness on the success of the company among the general investing public

I also believe that Dave and Gary have an interest in keeping the share price low as its easier for them to accumulate for when they are ready to dump

It's either wait or promote
All things considered I believe the public statements about raising shareholder value are in direct conflict with the actions the company takes in regards to the stock price

As far as the trading today if someone made me bet everything I had on that .0042 trade being a normal no shananigans trade I'm sure I would lose everything
It makes no sense under the sun for a trader to make that sale
