WRONG... IMO what you saw was the closing of short positions rather than selling of long positions.
There has been zero retail buying pressure for days and weeks and short seller along with MMs have shorted this to the lowest level possible, and they sold back the shorted positions to MMs accumulating long shares at the lowest PPS possible.
Again, IMO, this was all possible due to the apparent lack of retail buying pressure resultant for the latent 10-K.
Sure, there was likely some weak hands shaken in the process, but remember the MMs were accumulating all along... were there "whispers from wall street" or insider/outsider knowledge concerning when the 10-K would be filed??? sure seems like it the way this stock has been manipulated over the past several days.
These are just my opinions, of course.
