I would hope nobody here is banking on the fundamentals anyway.
Most are here bottom feeding for the follow-up promo that never happened.

Right now, any new investor (buyers of your stock), will not find the company attractive, nor very fluid for trading.

Hence, either sell and move on, or wait for a miracle.

Your referring to the "E" as "one letter implies that you don't understand what it represents or why it was there. All that aside, what I was getting at is the fact that just a few short days ago we were looking at a company that, apparently, was about to be delisted AND probably taken over AND possibly taken private. Now we have a company that we know will not be delisted, and the owners have stated that they will resist any takeover attempt. One blessing at a time...
