ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire -05/11/12)- Dutch Gold Resources, Inc. (DGRI.PK) (DGRI.PK) (the "Company") (http://dutchgold.com) today announced that it has scheduled a press conference to announce important new corporate developments and an expansion of its business strategy. The webcast will be held May 17, 2012, 1:15 EDT from NASDAQ MarketSite 4 Times Square New York, NY.

The Company will host an Investor Conference Call on May 18, 2012 at 1.15PM EDT. The purpose of this call will be to provide a Question and Answer forum for our investors.
