EI is being forced into bankruptcy but I don't think that they fall into the dormant shell company just yet. I may be wrong but I think that until the BK settles that EI fits the dormant shell company criteria. This not to say that they won't end up there but I just don't think they are there yet.
Did the SEC documents show which shells are being suspended from trading?
