ABDC -- let the CEO take private the good company and roll a crap company into it and they take it up. fwiw -- dont own it -- and dont KNOW that the company getting rolled into is is crap --but suspect it is. the cigar company is doing pretty good and i have had it on watch for a couple of years.

hey --- wish they would do that with HGIIA -- and run 'r up to 50 cents!
