I would hope that they are about their business.;-) It would actually concern me if they were showing signs of just being in the business of selling shares like so many other companies. In fact, one of the things I did not like when I started digging here was the optimism in some of the PR's last fall. It showed a lack of understanding of how difficult it can be to get something going when there are limited resources. They have had neither a robust staff nor adequate funding to move things along quickly, especially as unforeseen obstacles are thrown in the path.
However, from what I'm gathering through digging around things are still moving in the right direction, and could be about ready to blow wide open if a few things actually fall in place.
