#13170 RE: hinkydink #13166

The original filing for the AudioEye spin-off stated that it was likely to occur within the first Q of 2012. Towards the end of Q1, there was nice attention on CMGO just like there is now. No news went down, just silence, and with all the buying coming in, management must have seen it as an opportunity to dilute. They sold a bunch of shares, we saw the price go up a bit then hold, then plummet to 0.005. Before the dilution, if the AudioEye news came out, we would have seen massive gains. Now, after the dilution, we will still see massive gains, except the price will not be nearly as volatile as it was before. Normally, when companies have news this big and they want to sell shares, they hire someone to provide awareness to bring in the buying so that dilution doesn't hurt the PPS. We've recovered since then, but it was annoying for us longs.
