CBIS actually has a very decent share structure and of course there will be dilution to fund ventures and nothing wrong with that if said dilution results in successfully generating income from said venture. This benefits the shareholders directly.
CBIS upped their A/S last December and reported it on their financials. Anyone with common sense would know they did that with the anticipation they will issue more shares so it's not like "Surprise! We snuck around behind your backs and suddenly issued shares without any warning."
The fact they upped their A/S months ago WAS a heads up for possible dilution in the future. And all i can say is one would do best to take a look at the A/S first before investing.
